El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

The hotel was huge. The staff were polite. Lots of things to do onsite duch as gym, small store downstairs, pool and casino. Front desk ladies & gentlemen were very understanding as i called them a few times. The after 11pm menu's fiend chicke. Wings and fries were excellent. My room was very clean and the cleaning staff were polite. The ambassador lounge was so awesome. Very clean and large variety of finger foods to eat along wkth a great outside view.

I and my companion always use this hotel and the room is always pleasant and clean to sue. Breakfast is very good too but I hope it has more variety of menu.

My last time staying here was 18 years ago, and then 38 years ago, we visited this hotel a lot because 40 years ago my dad stayed in this hotel for a long period of time (I forgot how many days exactly), so this is a very special place for our family. A lot of memories here. Still a beautiful hotel and nice staff. Although it's an old hotel, the renovated rooms are very comfortable and the lobby is welcoming. Love it!! I will stay here next time when I come to Santo Domingo again.

We had a Junior Executive Suite - wonderful, spacious, pure relaxation. Breakfast excellent with a huge choice of high quality, the setting in a beautiful park with old trees and endangered parrots sleeping there in the center of such a big town is unique. The employees were very helpful, nice and professional.
